Last month, Republican Attorney General Greg Abbott was speaking at a FreedomWorks rally in Austin when he described his daily routine since President Obama took office: “I go into the office, I sue the federal government and I go home.”
We rated Abbott’s statement, that he has sued the Obama administration 25 times, as True.
