Renou shares why the family who owns the hotel supports the festival and what their ties are to the film industry, gives us a behind the scenes look at the Suite Melodie (the new Presidential Suite) and shares past stories of some of Hollywood's most elite who were official guests at the Cannes festival.
He and his staff are prepared to host 1400 guests for the 68th edition of the Cannes Film Festival Closing Night Dinner and party on the beach with a menu by Chef Maryon Gandon made up of locally sourced specialties and delicacies consisting of the freshest organic ingredients such as mouthwatering oysters, sea urchins, carpaccios, marinades, risottos, cheeses, candied lemons, nougat, and Italian pannacotta, all inspired by the close proximity of Italy to Cannes.
