According to a reportput together by the Austin Board of Realtors, home sales were up 11% over last November. The median price for homes was just under $190,000, which is a 3 percent increase over last year.
This is the sixth month in a row Austin sales have outpaced last year's numbers. The inventory of active single-family home listings is also down by 18 percent, and home sales so far this year are up 7 percent over 2010.
