Qui has been successful in Austin as executive chef of Uchiko. He also owns and runs the East Side King food trailers dotted over East Austin. Qui's cuisine centers around Asian and European flavors incorporated into Japanese dishes.

Ron Paul Faults Selection of Some Washington Delegates

The Seattle Times reports that Ron Paul’s presidential campaign is threatening to fight the selection of some Washington delegates to the Republican National Convention. The campaign claims there’s a lack of transparency in how party officials from the state’s largest county are chosen.

Paul's campaign says the King County GOP violated party rules by not submitting the names of certain party officials who will take part in the caucuses.

Washington’s Republican caucuses will be held on Saturday March 3rd.
