The federally funded program was intended to be an economic development group that business leaders hoped would bring in new companies and new jobs. - Julian Aguilar, a reporter with KUT's political reporting partner The Texas Tribune, has an interesting story this morning on the cultural beliefs that keep many in the Hispanic community fromsigning up for organ donor programs.
- And the Texas Longhorns Men's and Women's basketball teams finished up their regular seasons last night. The women lost a heartbreaker to Oklahoma St. 68-67. While the men snapped a 2-game losing streak by beating Baylor 60-54. Up next for both teams: the Big 12 tournament.
