Thank You Gift Update

We are so grateful for the support that KUT and KUTX received during our most recent Membership Drive. So many of you told us why you support KUT and KUTX – we always enjoy reading those comments.

Please Note: we do not ship thank you gifts until we have received two payments on a Sustaining pledge. It is our policy to not send thank you gifts to members who do not have an active account. Please contact us at 512-475-6100 if you have any questions!

The T-shirts are the only thank you gift items that have not shipped. If you have not received your pint glass, CD or Bluetooth speaker, please contact us at membership@kut.org. Below is more in-depth information regarding each gift.

-    Pint Glasses have shipped! We advise that you hand wash the pint glasses instead of using a dishwasher.
-    The NINE EIGHT NINE KUTX T-shirt is in the process of being shipped. We expect you to receive those within 2 weeks.
-    KUTX Live Volume 3 CDs shipped on May 13.
-    KUTX Live Volume 3 Digital Download was emailed on May 13.
-    Bluetooth Speakers have shipped!
-    People who requested the Concert Club are already on the list. If you are not yet receiving Concert Club emails every Friday, please send us a message to membership@kut.org.

You might wonder why it takes so long to get you the requested thank you gift. The reason is because we don’t order thank you gifts until after the drive ends. We’ve found that we are able to order the correct amount thus saving money by reducing the number of extras or re-orders we pay for.

If your mailing address will change before your thank you gift is expected to be sent out, please update your address by filling out this form or emailing membership@kut.org.
