New Dell Tablet Leaked Online?

Round Rock-based Dell Inc., one of the largest employers in Central Texas, may be on the verge of launching a new tablet computer. PC World reports on a leaked video that appears to reveal the Dell Peju, a new 10-inch tablet due to be launched in October.

A website popped up titled Dell Peju Insider, with the subheading "Inside updates from Dell insiders. 10" tablet running windows 7 with all the features you expect from a business tool." It is possible that the site is a complete fake. It is also possible that the site is a marketing ploy. Dell hasn't confirmed the details from the site, but it also hasn't moved to shut it down, so it seems content to let the "leaked" details create buzz about the upcoming tablet.

Meanwhile, Dell began shipping its Stage software a couple weeks ago, a cloud-based computing service set to take on Apple’s iCloud, among other competitors.
