David Brown
Work/on-air history:David Brown is the founding producer of Texas Music Matters, KUT's cultural journalism unit. He's an award-winning public-radio producer and reporter, former host of Marketplace, and a much better motorcyclist than bass player. Brown is also an attorney and a lifelong student, currently working on his PhD in Journalism at the University of Texas where his research centers on new media.
