By early Saturday morning nearly 12,000 people had paid their last respects to Mrs. Johnson, as she lay in repose. At eleven o’clock Saturday morning, her casket traveled to the River Bend Church West of Austin.
As many as 2,000 mourners paid their final tribute to her at an Episcopal service there.
