ABRAM WILSON LIVE

As part of our SXSW 2007 Music Festival celebration, Jay welcomed Abram Wilson to Studio 1A on March 15.

Trumpeter, vocalist, composer, band leader, and music educator are just a few of the occupations in which a href=”http://www.myspace.com/abramwilson”>Abram Wilson excels, while bringing a hip, new sound to the otherwise suffering world of modern jazz. Wilson was raised in New Orleans and weaves the vibe of the Crescent City into his own explosive musical gumbo. Following the success of debut album Jazz Warrior, Wilson returns with his new recording Ride! Ferris Wheel to the Modern Day Delta.
