The Lonesome Heroes have become our own local heroes, with an established residency at the Hole in the Wall and plenty of long nights on the road since releasing their debut Don’t Play to Lose in 2006. From the streets of Brooklyn, singer/composer/guitarist Rich Russell blends vocals with steel player and vocalist Landry McMeans for a warm and psychedelic alt-country sound on their latest Crooked Highway.
