Traffic in several parts of Austin will be detoured this weekend, with four major events taking place between Friday night and Sunday evening.

ART CITY AUSTIN Most street closures start at 6 p.m. Friday. All streets will reopen Sunday evening.

South 1st St. from West Cesar Chavez St. to West Riverside Drive closes at 2 p.m. Friday.

San Antonio St. from West Cesar Chavez St. to West Second St.

Guadalupe St. from West Cesar Chavez St. to West Second St.

Lavaca St. from West Cesar Chavez St. to West Second St.

West Cesar Chavez St. from North Lamar Blvd. to Colorado St.

The 21st ANNUAL SAFEPLACE WALK will take place on Saturday, April 12. Street closures will begin at 11 a.m. The route will be controlled with intermittent intersection closures and will include

Congress Ave. from East 6th St. to East 11th St.

Red River St. from East 15th St. to East 6th St.

East 11th St. from Congress Ave. to Trinity St.

East 6th St. from Red River St. to Congress Ave.

Trinity St. from East 11th St. to East 15th St.

BP MS 150 Bike Tour-Houston to Austin.

Saturday evening street closures begin at 8 p.m., including along 16th and 17th Sts. between Colorado St. and Congress Ave.

On Sunday the Bike Tour will force lane closures beginning at 7 a.m.

San Jacinto Blvd. will be completely closed between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and West 23rd St.

One lane of San Jacinto Blvd northbound from 23rd St. to Dean Keeton. 15th St. will remain open.

One lane will be closed on Trinity from 15th to 12th Sts. for busses.

For the entire BP MS 150, street closures include:

West 16th St. from Lavaca St. to San Jacinto Blvd.

West 17th St. from Lavaca St. to Trinity St.

West 18th St. from Lavaca St. to Trinity St.

Trinity St. from East Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to East 15th St.

Colorado St. from West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to West 15th St.

Congress Ave. from West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to West 15th St.

East Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. from Red River St. to Lavaca St.

San Jacinto Blvd. from East Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to East 15th St.

Brazos St. from East Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to East 17th St.

The final event on Sunday is the Bun Run. Street closures will begin at 7 a.m. and reopen around noon. Street closures include

West Cesar Chavez St. from South 1st St. to Congress Ave.

Lavaca St. from West 2nd St. to West Cesar Chavez St.

West 2nd St. from Colorado St. to Lavaca St.

Colorado St. from West 13th St. to West 2nd St.

West 13th St. from Lavaca St. to Colorado St.

Lavaca St. from West 15th St. to West 13th St.

West 15th St. from Congress Ave. to Lavaca St.

East 15th St. from San Jacinto Blvd. to Congress Ave.

San Jacinto Blvd. from East 11th St. to East 15th St.

East 11th St. from Congress Ave. to San Jacinto Blvd.

Congress Ave. from West Cesar Chavez St to East 11th St.
