Blanco Middle School science teacher, Kirk Beckendorf, and the team of meteorologists he’s working with in Antarctica manage automated weather stations set up around the continent. Their mission is to repair any stations that are offline, to raise stations above the snow and to install new stations. In his latest podcast, Beckendorf takes us to the very windy Ross Ice Shelf.
