One Central Texas teacher has a passion to keep alive a lower-profile language than the ones we usually hear about.

The Austin Independent School District has bilingual education in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. UT- Austin has a Flagship Program to study Hindi-Urdu. A Central Texas woman, though, is working to make sure Tibetan children don’t lose their native language.
