Last week I had the distinct pleasure of serving on a SXSW Interactive panel—moderated by KUT’s own Dee Kapila—with two brilliant leaders in the world of non-profit technology. Phoebe Ayers from the Wikimedia Foundation and Philip Neustrom from Localwiki.org came together with me to discuss the successes and limitations of wiki communities at the global and local level.
