UT Play-caller Heads to Arkansas State

Harsin is taking over as head coach at Arkansas State for a salary presumably in excess of his $675,000 annual pay package from the Longhorns. Harsin has shared leadership of the UT offense with former UT quarterback Major Applewhite, who coach Mack Brown says will take over sole responsibility for play calling.
