Known for his impressive live shows, Guy Forsyth has been a force in Austin music for the past 20 years. His style is a wholly unique blend of sounds, making for something that’s raw, compelling, and fun to listen to. Singer-songwriter Carolyn Wonderland is Austin’s de facto queen of the blues. She’s won her share of awards for her definitive style of performing. For the past few years, Forsyth and Wonderland have been teaming up to play Christmas shows around the state. The blend of their two styles makes for a very Austin-flavored Christmas concert that’s sure to be a good time. Guy Forsyth and Carolyn Wonderland will play their Christmas concert, Holiday Roast: Roast the Holidays and Toast the New Year, for three nights at the Long Center, this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
