‘Hot Weather’ Now a Relative Concept

This year is on track to be the fourth hottest in Texas history. That would be a big deal except that in the wake of last years record heat, it seems like people are not noticing unusually warm weather.

So what we consider to be normal now, wasn’t normal 30 years ago but yet still feels perfectly normal.
