ACC Restaurant Trains Next Generation of Chefs

Austin is increasingly becoming known for its dining options, and they continue to grow.

One of them is tucked away inside Austin Community College’s Eastview campus. That’s where culinary students serve five-course meals to the public as part of their end-of-semester training.  KUT News checked out ACC’s teaching restaurant to see what was cooking:
