THE GOOD MUSIC CLUB: Holy Wave

Far out, man. You will groove-n-drone to this one! Time once again for a new edition of The Good Music Club, the fabulous live monthly music event and online video series highlighting local music artists that make the Austin scene cooler than ever. Every time we record performances by these talented local bands, we share the videos with new fans and resources outside of Austin, which means across the country and worldwide.

This week, we have mega-psych tripsters of Austin by way of El Paso Holy Wave. The quintet is known for making the rounds with a massive drone and a psychedelic light show to match. However, The Good Music Club has this exclusive presentation of the band sans light show, and still delivering the goods. They’re kicking off their fall tour with a show tonight at 29th Street Ballroom at Spider House, 2906 Fruth St. Go check them out!

Details for the next GMC taping on October 26th (a Friday this time) coming soon! Remember that The GMC has tapings at the end of each month at The ND, located at E. 5th St. and Brushy, near Progress Coffee. It’s going to be another good one! Make plans to attend!
