Not long ago, many experts listed a possible shortage of oil as a potential problem for America. Now, with new discoveries and technologies, there seems to be plenty of oil. For StateImpact Texas, Dave Fehling reports that while that’s good news in the big picture, it presents some challenges to refinery and transportation systems that evolved for different conditions.
You can’t just keep loading things into a system that’s already at capacity and expect for it to all run efficiently and for us to not start creating some real bottlenecks.
