Austin’s House of Torment is in its 10th year of operation and its last year at Highland Mall. It started in a South Austin backyard as a ploy to encourage trick-or-treating, but grew too popular for the neighborhood to contain.

The House of Torment is now a complex of three haunted houses. It will be open through Saturday. KUT went for a tour with Jon Love, one of its organizers.
