Night Moves @ KUT 10/3/12

Minneapolis trio Night Moves grew up together, playing in vaguely related musical projects for as long as they’ve known each other. They finally cohesively came together as a singular unit in 2009, creating a very interesting blend of sounds. They play a sort of hybrid synthpop with electronic production, pop vocals, and a dash of country thrown in for good measure. They’re a local favorite in Minneapolis, and their reach is starting to extend across the country. Night Moves will play a show with Lord Huron at Stubb’s on Wednesday. Before that played live in KUT’s Studio 1a for Laurie Gallardo. Be sure to check it out.
