Lost in the Trees @ KUT 10/30/12
North Carolina based band Lost in the Trees is Ari Picker’s pop passion project. The group started out as his one man bedroom recording project, and since then has evolved to become something of a folk orchestra, with a full backing band and string section. In 2010, Lost in the Trees released their first album in their current, more orchestral iteration, called All Alone in an Empty House. Lost in the Trees recently released a new album, entitled A Church That Fits Our Needs. The album has been very well received, and its release brought them national attention.
