KUT strives to bring you intelligent entertainment
John Hockenberry, host of The Takeaway, stops by KUT to use our studio. In this age of reality TV and shortened attention spans it’s refreshing to know there is still intelligent, quality programming available through public media.
“Car Talk,” “Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me,” “This American Life,” “Snap Judgment,” “Radiolab” and “A Prairie Home Companion.” These programs make us laugh. They make us cry. They give us a fresh perspective on the world and our own lives. They inspire us to live better.
In order to continue the high quality programs you hear on KUT, we need your support today. Feel free to donate in any amount that you feel matches the value you receive from the shows you listen to every weekend.

Please clarify your very confused web site by having an obvious icon to click on to find a program with the time and day of the week it is to be aired. The radio show Prairie Home companion usually on KUT 12 to 2 on Sundays was not there or at KUTX this Sunday and I could not find it listed as a program on your web site. Please respond to this email.
