We’re starting off today’s podcast with Visiting Ground Zero, 2001 from producer Jake Warga. Jake’s an old friend of the show, and he’s produced lots of great stuff over the years. We brought you this moving piece about a year ago on the big show, and it seems appropriate to bring it back again for today’s podcast.

Then we’ll move on to a couple of more recent pieces. Up second on today’s show is the new “Veronica’s Backyard” installment of the beloved HowSound.  Then we’ll wrap things up with Couscous and Cultural Diplomacy from producer Andrea Wenzel, a great bit of audio from WAMU American University Radio.
