There are thousands of pipelines in Texas, and some of them are starting to age. Now federal regulators are urging pipeline companies to start replacing them. As Dave Fehling reports for StateImpact Texas, that could be especially important now that old pipelines are being used in new ways.
This pipeline is at least three decades old. … The Seaway line is running near schools, it’s running near residential areas, it is running near major water supplies for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
