Around here at O’Dark Central, we’re all fans of Miles Davis, so we were pretty jazzed (get it? pun!) when the Views and Brews gang decided to do an extra-long show about the making of his seminal album Kind of Blue. That show was pretty great, featuring Rabbi Neil Blumofe and screenwriter Laura Ohata, as well as the musical talents of Ephraim Owens (trumpet), JJ Johnson (drums), Rich Harney (piano), Daniel Durham (bass) and Sam Lipman (saxophone), and it has since been turned into a two-part radio show by ex-O’Darker Rebecca McInroy. We’ve got the first part of the show for you on today’s ‘cast.

And since we also like scary stuff around these parts, we’ve got the “Tours For the Chills, Tours of the Hills” episode of With Good Reason, which is making its O’Dark debut.
