From Cincinnati, OH, Wussy has been cranking out consistently good rock since 2001, when Chuck Cleaver and Lisa Walker began playing local venues together. Originally a guitar duo, the group added drummer Joe Klug, pedal steel player John Erhardt, and bassist Mark Messerly after a few albums to flesh out their sound. Although nearly unheard of, Wussy has received mountains of praise from press since their inception.

Witty, thoughtful lyrics by both Walker and Cleaver make every track an instant classic, and their “army of guitars” sound and hooky melodies appeals to classic rock fans and younger audiences alike.

Wussy played in Studio 1a for Matt Reilly, and you can hear the session HERE.
