The guys of Spill.com started entertaining the masses with a decade long stint on public access tv as the movie review show “The Reel Deal.” When they took to the internet several years ago, they eventually built a small web empire featuring both audio and animated movie reviews, several podcasts, and a yearly festival.

Spill Dot Con is a three-day meetup for friends and fans of the Spill crew, featuring performances from Austin’s Master Pancake Theater, Intergalactic Nemesis, and others; there are live podcasts, a film festival, Q & A sessions, and plenty of hanging out and talking about movies and geek culture.

You can find tons of audio and animated movie reviews on Spill.com along with multiple podcasts. If you’re not fond of salty language, though, be warned that there is salty language to be found there.
