You probably know Dana Wheeler-Nicholson from her acting career — she’s acted in Fletch as the villain’s wife and mistress of the main character, in Tombstone as Mattie Blaylock, and in the recent hit TV series Friday Night Lights. But this Austinite actress has another act up her sleeve.

On Monday, Wheeler-Nicholson will be performing at the Continental Club Gallery with her band, back from a long hiatus. Eddy Hobizal, known as one of the best jazz musicians in Austin, will accompany her on piano, along with David Pulkingham on guitar and Kyle Thompson on drums.
