Although she is only now releasing her own album, Phoebe Hunt is hardly a newcomer to the country music scene. She played with The Hudsons and The Belleville Outfit between 2005 and 2010, and has proven herself as a talented violinist and singer. This weekend, Hunt will be releasing her debut solo EP Leaving Home at Threadgill’s World Headquarters.

With her sultry voice and clever lyrics, Hunt is a spell-binding performer. Leaving Home is hopefully just the beginning of a solid songwriting career from this already accomplished young musician.
