3 Cents Less for a Gallon

The price of a gallon of gas in Texas dropped about 3 cents this week. Texans are paying $3.80 a gallon — about 9 cents less than the national average. In Austin the price at the pump is about 1 ½ cents below the state average, but 7 cents more than at this time last year.
