KUT “Live At The Four Seasons” During SXSW Includes Kat Edmonson, Punch Brothers, Ruthie Foster, Cotton Mather, Glen Hansard and More
AUSTIN, Texas — March 1, 2012 — KUT 90.5, community supported public radio, has unveiled its “Live At The Four Seasons” line-up taking place during the 2012 SXSW Music Festival.
KUT will produce four music showcases in the ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin Wednesday, March 14, through Saturday, March 17. The event will feature 30-minute sets by some of SXSW’s most anticipated artists, including: M. Ward, Nada Surf, Justin Townes Earle, Nneka, Jimmy Cliff, Ruthie Foster, Punch Brothers, Motopony, Grace Woodroofe, Ray Wylie Hubbard and Kat Edmonson (complete schedule below). Each set also will be broadcast on KUT 90.5.
The event is open to the public on a first-come, first served basis. Doors open one hour before the first set (6 a.m. March 14-16, 7 a.m. March 17). The $10 admission, which includes a breakfast taco and coffee, benefits the Shivers Cancer Center at Seton Hospital. No wristbands or badges are required for these events.
