Hello, interweb friends of ours! It’s a fine Fat Tuesday morning in Austin, Texas!
Also, it’s the start of our spring membership drive, which you probably already know if you’ve listened to the station this morning or spent much time at all on the site today. If you feel like joining the fun, there’s probably a link somewhere on this page that’ll let you give us some money. Feel free to click it if you want. We’ll wait right here for you.

So, with that out of the way, you’re probably wondering what’s on the big ‘cast today. Glad you asked, because we happen to have that information right here. It’s two big chunks of radio goodness for you and your ears today. First off, it’s The Sonic Environment, an hour-long dose of radio drama from the fine folks at Chatterbox Audio Theater. As you may or may not know, we’re big fans of youth-produced radio around these parts, so The Sonic Environment fits into our plans nicely. This vignette-style radio show is based on the writings of students from East High School, Millington Central High School, and Houston High School, and was performed in front of a live audience on February 14, 2009.

Like cars and/or music? Good! Because we’re also bringing you Car Tunes from George and Mark Music Radio. You might remember these dudes from their recent cow bell special, which we’re sure you all loved more than was necessary. This time around, George and Mark are bringing you a collection of songs about cars. Dig it.
