Supporting the Sandwich Generation
Since the aging population is rapidly rising in Austin, many employees are finding themselves not only caring for their elderly family members, but also for their children. On Wednesday March 21st from 11:30 – 1:00 pm, we will be offering a free business education seminar at the WellMed clinic titled “Supporting the Sandwich Generation” This seminar seeks to educate businesses and HR professionals regarding the workplace impact of the aging population and how businesses can support their staff who are also caregivers.
