The StoryCorps mobile booth is in Austin this month collecting stories from your fellow central Texans; we’ll be airing those stories every Monday and Wednesday morning here on KUT and archiving them here.

Kacie Case and Sara Montoya have been best friends since meeting as University of Texas students eleven years ago. They’ve been through a lot together over the years, and they recently sat down together in the StoryCorps mobile booth, where Kacie recounted the story of the birth of Sara’s daughter.
