Happy January 31, everybody! Did you know that today is the 43rd anniversary of the last live performance by the Beatles? It’s true. January 31, 1969 was the date of the Beatles rooftop concert at the Apple Records building in London. Today’s podcast has nothing to do with that, but we thought we’d mention it because we sure do like the Beatles. They were great!

So there’s no Beatle content in today’s podcast, but there is some other pretty good stuff. We’ve got a visit from our buddy Graham Shelby, who’s one of our favorite Kentuckians. Graham’s gonna be talking to you today about his job as a visiting writer at elementary schools. Writing, as Graham will shortly tell you all, is An Unpredictable Business.

We’ll also bring you Mosque Opens Doors to Tourists, a little something from another O’Dark regular, Jake Warga.

And that’s not all! You’ll also get a little early Valentine’s present, How Jen Met Her Husband, from producer Matt Miller.
