Quoted on their own website, Austin band Moonlight Towers‘ frontman James Stevens states the bands purpose as “We just want to make people dance.” And if that’s what they’re going for, then they’re likely to succeed most times their songs are played and likely every time they perform. Their music is infectious pop-rock, sure to get people moving as they’ve moved to the genre as long as it has been around. Their third album, Day is the New Night, was released last summer to great reviews. Next Tuesday, they’ve got a show at Hole in the Wall. You can hear them live on KUT from Studio 1a RIGHT HERE!
