Austin band MilkDrive categorizes themselves as an art-folk-progressive acoustic string band, which (while being a bit of a mouthful) is a deadly accurate description. Their specificity shows how strong they are in their identity as a band, something that not every band can claim. The musicians that make up MilkDrive are all extremely talented and award-winning by themselves, together forming an incredibly skilled group. Their first studio album, Road From Home, was released in April to great reviews all around.
