Oct. 28, 2011 – This Week in Membership
The Reusable Grocery Bags that were offered to sustaining members are supposed to arrive today! We have prepared the list for everyone who requested the thank you gift. The packaging is being prepared today. I hope they get shipped out within about 3 days. Hooray!
We are continuing to work on data clean up from the membership drive. We look for people with multiple open pledges to make sure they aren’t being charged double what they expect to be charged. We are also merging accounts when duplicates are created. We are also going through sustaining member accounts of people who will be charged once a year. We want to make sure that we don’t charge someone when they aren’t expecting it.
We have been in touch with everyone who won a drawing during the membership drive. We don’t ordinarily announce winners name for privacy reasons.
I hope everyone enjoys this cool front that came through. I wish my mug with spoon was all ready here so I could have easily added sugar to my hot tea this morning! Soon it will be!
