Start your weekend with this extra large version of the Friday podcast. Clocking in at a whopping one hour and twenty-three minutes, this is our longest podcast yet; it’s pretty much half an episode of the big big show.

Destination DIY features our favorite new public radio theme song, and the show itself isn’t half bad either. On this episode, you’ll hear stories about handclapping  games as oral history; The Eugene Storefront Art Project; Wiki inventor Ward Cunningham; and much, much, more.

And it’s not just DIY around here. We’ve also got Trumpet Man, from producer Jeff Rednick. It’s the debut episode of his new series “Stories in Sound,” which you’ll surely be hearing more of on O’Dark in the future.
