Brothers Luther and Cody Dickinson decided to put a band together back in the mid-1990s, but never thought it would come to this. Their unique blend of Southern rock and old-school blues has won them critical acclaim and scores of fans around the nation.

Working as a trio (along with bassist Chris Chew), the brothers hit KUT’s Four Seasons stage as the anchor leg to our morning. Their latest album, Keys to the Kingdom, was dedicated to their father, Jim Dickinson, who died a couple of years ago (and, in his day, was a talented musician in his own right).

It was the perfect end to a perfect kickoff to the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Listen to the entire set, or pick out some choice tunes from North Mississippi Allstars below.
