On this edition of In Black America, producer/host John L. Hanson Jr. speaks with Deion Sanders, Marshall Faulk and Shannon Sharpe. Seven NFL legends will be given football immortality on Saturday, August 6, 2011, in Canton, OH. Marshall Faulk, Deion “Prime Time” Sanders, NFL Film’s Ed Sabol, Richard Dent, Les Richter, Shannon Sharpe, and Chris Hanburger will make up the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2011 inductees.

Faulk and Sanders made the hall in their first year of eligibility – after being retired for five seasons.  Faulk was regarded as one of the game’s best and most versatile running backs, Sanders was a dual – threat who could do it all and Sharpe is considered one of the best tight ends of all time and the ninth tight end to make it to Canton.
