Across The Borderline is the newest project from BettySoo and Doug Cox. The two singer-songwriters met while teaching at Acoustic Alaska Guitar Camp and soon realized a shared love for unsung heroes. Even though they lived 2,500 miles apart (Soo is based in Austin, while Cox lives in Vancouver Island, B.C.) their ultimate collaboration came to life at David Essig’s studio in Vancouver Island. The songs on their album, Lie To Me, feature a dobro, guitar and two voices. You can preview the entire album here. Across The Borderline will be in Austin to play the Cactus Cafe Saturday, June 25 AND You can listen to their live performance in Studio 1a RIGHT HERE!!!
