KUT Live featuring The Flatlanders
image via Sean MurphyOn Friday April 29th, The Flatlanders played at KUT Live to a sold-out crowd in KLRU’s original Austin City Limits studio. What a fabulous show – The Flatlanders sounded great (Jimmie Dale Gilmore, Joe Ely, Butch Hancock , and surprise guest Colin Gilmore oozed old-school Texas style and charisma), the crowd was happy and excited, and KUT Volunteers worked to make it one of the smoothest-running shows we’ve ever had. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and every attendee was met and assisted by a smiling face.
