May 20, 2011 – This Week in Membership
At KUT it’s been business as usual this week. Kim processed monthly renewals and installment credit cards. If your membership is up for renewal, you will be hearing from KUT soon. If you’d like to renew your membership, please go to kut.org/renew to make your secure online gift. If you give to KUT each month via credit card, you will notice a charge on your card from KUT most likely today.
I’ve been working on our online offerings. With the help of our web manager, I finalized kut.org/renew/. I’m hopeful that the site will give people an easy way to renew their membership.
Kayla has been working on address corrections. Truthfully, all three of us have been working on address corrections. They are a bit time consuming and we have quite a bit of them. Unfortunately, address corrections are costly for the station. It is important that we get in touch with people so correct addresses are imperative. We do a few different things to update our addresses before we send out any mail, but inevitably we get quite a few letters returned to us. The (mostly) beautiful weather has been inspiring us to go out and about on campus more than normal. I have friends coming into town (everyone loves Austin) this weekend so I’m excited! I hope you enjoy your weekend!
