It’s the Friday podcast, and today we’re bringing you three audio gems mined from our Diamond Anniversary show. Up first, it’s producer Kyle Gassiott’s profile of Kareem Salama, who falls into the old stereotype of the Muslim country singer born and raised in Oklahoma. Up next, it’s a little something something from our old friend the Humble Farmer. Then we’ll wrap things up with another edition of the semi-regular (but becoming more regular every day) series Portrait of an Artist, from O’Dark alum Rebecca McInroy. This time out, Rebecca’s introducing us to film producer/graphic designer/multimedia artist Daniel Perlaky. Among other things, Daniel’s the guy who came up with KUT’s new logo, which you can probably see in at least a couple of places on this very page. Check out a video about that Daniel and that logo on our Storyboard page.
