March 28, 2011 – This Week in Membership
It’s been a busy week in the membership department – but well, that’s nothing new!
Kim has worked furiously all week to notify people who won drawings. The drawings were for box sets, special shows (like The Splendid Table) and concert tickets. All of the winners have been notified. We don’t normally announce the names of winners out of respect for their privacy. If you have any specific questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by e-mailing membership@kut.org. I can tell you (after securing permission) that Wendy of Austin won the iPad. She was very excited.
I spent a good deal of my week working on cleaning up some of our database records. I e-mailed a few of you to ask questions about your pledge. Our most importance concern is making sure we honor your wishes in regards to how you give. If you are unsure of the status of your pledge, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Kayla worked on entering in donations into our membership database. She also did some ordering of thank you gifts. Speaking of thank you gifts …
T-shirt production began last week. Hopefully, those will be finished soon and we will be able to get those in the mail to you. I know some other items are in production as well. We’ve ordered the USB Drives for This American Life we expect the Vol. 10 CDs to get here any day. As soon as we can, we’ll get those items to you!
