Many reporters will follow the Twitter accounts of various political leaders, like Governor Rick Perry.  Sometimes the tweets are fairly mundane, but every so often there’s that little gold nugget that develops into a story.  But not everyone can plug into the governor’s Twitter.  Some reporters have found themselves blocked from receiving the feed.

In this week’s eminently-tweetable “Texas Political Parlor,” KUT’s Ian Crawford and Jason Embry of the Austin American-Statesman discuss Governor Perry’s Twitterverse and some of the speculation about why some reporters are being frozen out of the governor’s feed.
